Costa Rica San Diego Tarrazú

This natural (dry) processed coffee originates from small-scale farmers in Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region. Growers brought ripe cherries to the San Diego mill and its nearby collection points. At the mill, only fully matured red cherries were selected for this exclusive micro-lot. The cherries were carefully spread out with the fruit intact, allowing for consistent drying through regular turning and air exposure. After hulling, the San Diego quality control team cupped the coffee and performed final sorting, resulting in a bold, wild, and fruit-driven profile.
