The finish is highlighted by a smooth body and deep low tones when roasted to a medium dark level. Crafted using the honey process, this coffee originates from the renowned Cerro Alto micromill in the West Valley region of Costa Rica. With over a decade of experience, the mill has a history of producing award-winning coffees, including top placements at the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence competition. Situated in Heredia town, the mill processes coffee from four distinct farms: La Loma, La Rosa, El Patio, and La Union.
